Krone Case History
SITUATION
Krone Technique Pty Ltd planned to launch a new standard in electric cables and connectors. Hidden Talent was commissioned to recommend the appropriate marketing strategy to meet an ambitious sales target.
ACTION
As part of preparing a marketing plan, Hidden Talent commissioned a quantitative research study amongst wholesalers and face to face interviews with electrical installers. We also carried out a marker review and sales analysis.
OUTCOME
The research identified the potential influence that electrical installers could have on sales, and stocking. Hidden Talent's solution was the creation of a loyalty scheme for electrical installers that was called Club Krone.
Launch sales targets were exceeded by 8%
